Blind & Threaded Fasteners

Blind Fasteners & Inserts

In today’s rapidly changing environment, customers face many challenges when selecting the best assembly systems and components. Blind fasteners are frequently applied in aircraft interiors, ground support equipment, space applications, avionics and electronic subassemblies.

Breakstem Rivets

The ability to set rivets without the need for access at the back of the work makes their use mandatory in many instances. The many additional advantages of blind rivets make them the logical choice in applications where the blind rivet setting feature is not of primary importance.

Quickriveting Systems®

Speed Fastening technology offers the most effective blind fastening solution. Speed fasteners are single piece fasteners which are either magazine fed or fed via a vibrating bowl to a wide choice of installation equipment. The fasteners can be used to assemble metal and plastics, composite material as well as electronic components.

Blind Rivet Nuts (or Blind Threaded Inserts)

Blind rivet nuts can be installed into sheet metal, tubing, extrusions, plastics, and other materials to provide strong, reliable internal threads in applications that require subsequent component assembly.

Sealing Products

Sealing plugs have been engineered for both high and low pressure hole sealing applications. The rapidly installed two-piece sealing plug improves quality and safety in demanding applications while simplifying hole preparation and installation, reducing assembly costs.

Self-sealing threaded plugs have proven so effective that they eliminate the need for separate sealing washers or sealing compounds. It’s thread forming feature eliminates the need for tapping operations and the dual sealing rings allow multiple removals and reinsertions.
